Permanent Fix:
In Internet Explorer click on "Tools" and then "Internet Options" as highlighted below:
Click on the "Security" tab along the top, and then "Trusted sites", then click "New" as highlighted below:
Type https://*.hwin.ca into the "Add this website to the zone", then click on "Add", and then click "Close" as highlighted below
Click on "OK" on the Internet Options window as highlighted below.
